Description: Onni is built fairly skinny, with a body quite like a twig’s. He doesn’t have broad shoulders, and his arms and legs only look averagely muscled, though he possesses much more strength than initially appears. He’s got light-brown hair that is rather messy and shaped much like a bowl cut, though that is only after he's tamed his natural umbrella-style hair into shape. Light blue eyes hide his usually troubled expression.

Personality: An incredibly nerdy kid who tries to see the good in everyone, Onni runs both hot and cold. He is very bright and has a naturally curious nature, often trying to figure things out and reason them with logic, putting himself at odds with the chaotic nature of Duel Academy. Though this curiosity often leads him to be worried about his friends if something is wrong, causing him to try and figure out a way to help.

He is also a very determined person, often getting up even as he's being beaten down, only to fall down again and get back up. He's not one to back down when push comes to shove, often trying to break through even at injury to himself. Easily flustered on occasion, his attitude occasionally puts him at odds with others in the Academy, leading to ridicule of his skills and his attitude.

However, Onni has a very dark side he keeps under wraps. Onni is prone to fits of anger, often leading to full-blown wrath and a ruthless side not normally seen in him. Although his bark is generally worse than his bite, you'll want to step back when Onni snaps.

History: Onnifuji or, as he likes to be called, ‘Onni’ is just your typical geeky kid. His naturally curious nature got him into trouble often as a kid, and it still sometimes gets him in trouble. He plays video games(consoles and computers) surfs the net regularly, practices cool swordfighting moves in his room or basement with anything remotely sword-like, and reads heavily. He’s been into Duel Monsters for several years now based on a tournament he watched at a very young age. Funded by his parents, Onni has spent several years collecting Warrior-type cards and equips that center around them(and swords). He’s only recently gotten to the age in which he was able to enter the illustrious Duel Academy.

There, he met Hikari Hoshi and Jean Grave, who he became fast friends with.. until tragedy struck hard and fast, by the name of Tanaka Yukio. He injured Onni’s friends, as well as Onni himself, and they spent several days in the infirmary together as a result. Soon, Hoshi would, due to the cardiac arrhythmia, become interested in underground dueling to cure it. Onni caught her going, and went undercover several times to try and help her. During this, Jean’s memories were removed in a dark duel, and Onni knew he had to help get them back. Onni started to try and aid his friends, and it was then he realized he had feelings for Hoshi. Onni opened up to Hoshi but, unfortunately, his attempt to rescue her from the underground later that night ended in tragedy when all of his memories of Hoshi we removed as a penalty game. Afterwards, he was shown just how insignificant he was, and he lost it, as a result. He spoke in the terms of Dungeons and Dragons for a while, eventually aiding Jean and once again reuniting with Hoshi, even becoming Hoshi’s boyfriend.

Onni and his friends have just recently had all their penalties removed, and he and Hoshi are a inseparable pair. Onni thinks of Jean as a sister, and helps both of them whenever he can. His life is finally content… though who knows what trouble could be waiting in the wings…

Extra Abilities:
Main Ability - Gigantech Form: Using a pair of bright green sunglasses, he gains anywhere from certain pieces of armor to a full armor encasement resembling Gigantech Fighter. While in Gigantech form, Onni's natural strength, dexterity and agility are heightened to an extreme degree. He is able to use this form to battle with Duel Spirits and other supernatural entities.
Side Ability - Improvised Swordsmanship: Using various weaponry, Onni trained himself for combat without the use of the Gigantech form by wielding certain items like swords, be it one-handed style, one and a half-handed, or even two-handed. The way he uses it varies greatly.
Preferred Weaponry: Longsword(Gift from Katou Jin), Aluminum Baseball Bat(Self-Acquired).
